The U18s showed tremendous strength, perseverance and tactical discipline, particularly in the second half.
Despite being reduced to ten players in the 21st minute of the first half and conceding a goal just two minutes later, the team
maintained the same level of dedication, energy and tactical commitment throughout the match.
The opposition pushed four players into their attacking line and adopted a 4-2-4 formation. Our players understood that, with one
player less, we needed to reorganise defensively into a 5-3-1. They followed the tactical instructions extremely well, remained compact
and showed great determination.
Henry Teague produced a brilliant individual performance, scoring a hat-trick, while Elijah Lambert delivered another solid display
and scored yet another fantastic goal in the competition.
This victory is a well-deserved reward for all the effort, commitment and dedication shown by this group.
Another victory for Barossa!
We are Barossa!
