UNDER 9 SKY BOYS
A great effort by all the boys in the Sky team against a very skilled and confident MetroStars North Black team. Barossa United took a moment to hit their stride but once they got into the game, they defended well against a strong attack from the MetroStars Team. Great goalie skills were shown by both Kyrin and Beau defending the goals with determination. Everyone gave it their best and should be proud of their efforts!
UNDER 8 GREEN BOYS
U8 Barossa green played Salisbury United White today with all players playing very well! Our first gamers, Sam, Angas and Chase worked well into the match as the game went on. Liam led from the front as this week’s Captain, plus played goalkeeper for the first time, providing many highlights. We look forward to the rest of the season.
UNDER 7 BLUE BOYS
Our first game; the enthusiasm, focus and fun were great to watch! A wonderful game against a fellow Barossa team, and our friends. Well done to first time players Levi and Freddy. And the teamwork, experience and encouragement from the players who have played before was great; Torben, Lenny, Theo and Bodhi.
